Full parts replacement if a hardware fault occurs
No-cost repair or replacement of faulty hardware during the guarantee period

We use premium, Ofcom-compliant equipment from trusted manufacturers such as Huaptec, so every installation is built to last. Whether your solution supports 4G, 5G, or multi-network coverage across complex buildings, the same 5-year coverage applies, as long as it stays cloud connected.
While comprehensive, the guarantee does not cover:
Installations not connected to our cloud platform, or where cloud connectivity is disabled/lost
Changes in external mobile networks (e.g. mast deactivations, reconfigurations, technology retirements)
Coverage loss from environmental or structural changes (e.g. new buildings/renovations blocking signal paths)
Damage from third-party interference, tampering, or unauthorised alterations
