Industry Leading 3 Year Warranty Policy
Mobile Signal Solutions products are warranted for three (3) years against defects in workmanship and/or materials. Warranty cases may be resolved by returning the product directly to the Mobile Signal Solutions with a dated proof of purchase (which we will have provided).
MSS Boosters will cover all supplied boosters for a period of 3 years from installation. Please contact us to arrange collection and it will be replaced free of charge once it has not been subject to anything outside normal wear and tear. A loan unit can be made available upon request and engineers are available to call to site.
Signal boosters and kits may also be returned directly to the manufacturer at the consumer’s expense, with a dated proof of purchase and a returned material authorization (RMA) number supplied by Mobile Signal Solutions. Mobile Signal Solutions shall, at its option, either repair or replace the product. Mobile Signal Solutions will pay for delivery of the repaired or replaced product back to the original consumer if located within the U.K.
This warranty does not apply to any signal boosters or kits determined by Mobile Signal Solutions to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages physical or electronic properties. Failure to use a surge protected AC power strip with at least a 1000 Joule rating will void your warranty. All Mobile Signal Solutions products that are packaged with other Mobile Signal Solutions accessory products are intended for resale and use as a single unit, and such product kits are required to be sold to the end user as packaged.
